I first heard Jimmy Cliff at a party in October of 2009 and liked  his music instantly.  The person who introduced me to the music was Mark Veronen, whom I have thought for years and years has great taste in music.  Here is Jimmy Cliff so you can decide for yourself whether he is your kind of music.
