It's Meatloaf Season!
I love ground beef! One of my very favorite ways to eat it is in a meatloaf!
Meatloaf Barbecue Style
Easy to make, moist and delicious!
1½ hours | 15 min prep
SERVES 4 -6 , 1 loaf
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- Mix together beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
- Form into loaf and put into loaf pan.
- Combine rest of tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over loaf.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
