Replacements Ltd.
I am insatiable when it comes to china. Unfortunately I ran into Replacements one day when I was on the internet. I have never used it for its intended purpose as I haven't needed to replace anything. I use it to build new china collections! Aargh! Just picture shopping there gets me drooling. Maybe you'll find something that actually needs replacing? If not, at least something that suits your fancy. If not, buy something for me!

Spode Christmas Tree :

I just started working on a Herend pattern. Although I love this story about the Brown Bird dinnerware I didn't like the Brown Bird as well as the pattern I chose.
Herend Rothschild Brown Bird Dinnerware
Legend tells that the Baroness de Rothschild lost a necklace in her Vienna garden and found it later in the branches of a tree, the new favorite plaything of the local songbirds. Herend's extraordinary Rothschild dinnerware retells the tale on white porcelain that is magnificently handpainted with birds and flowers, butterflies and bees, and a gold necklace to be discovered somewhere among them. Created and named for the baroness's family in 1850, the pattern has been beloved worldwide since its introduction and is considered among the finest handpainted porcelains ever made. Made in Hungary. Hand-wash. Not for use in microwave or oven.
