Candleholder

Oh, dear.  The Gump's catalogue arrived yesterday and I meant to take it straight out to the recyle bin but my backbone turned to a wishbone (thanks for that expression, Liz Gilbert!).  I love candleholders.  Does everyone?  Anyway, I stumbled on these.  I thought they were $98.00 for the pair but no.  $98.00 per.  I'll mull it over a bit more, I guess.

About the designer: Raynaud was established in 1849 and is the only survivor of 11 porcelain factories existing in Limoges, France. After years of research, Raynaud discovered techniques to create infinite combinations of fade-resistant decorations that are still used by porcelain makers. Boasting a client list of numerous presidents to Princess Diana, Raynaud has been the synonym of quality, known and recognized on every continent. Each piece is meticulously hand sculpted and hand painted.

Five-piece settings include dinner, salad, bread/butter, cup, and saucer.
