Ricotta Pie

Ricotta Pie

1½ hours | 20 min prep

SERVES 16 , 2 pies

  • 1 (3 lb) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 lb salami, sliced and quartered
  • 1/2 lb ham, sliced and quartered
  • 1/2 lb pepperoni, sliced and halved 
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells
  1. Combine all ingredients (except for pastry lined pie plates) in large bowl.
  2. Pile mixture into pie plates.
  3. Bake at 350°F for about a hour or until golden brown and set.
