How to make an omelette
Okay, I have never made an omelette because I am a scaredy cat, that's why! However, I love omelettes so I went to our new instructions for everything site, You Tube, and watched many videos. This is the one I liked the best and now I feel a lot more comfortable trying to make an omelette except for the flipping. Now I am a scaredy cat about that! I guess I will just watch the video a few more times and give it a go! I'll report back later on the success rate.

I am on my way to make brekky and know exactly what it will be.... Flipping is indeed a challenge.

Perhaps it is an omelette made with yolks only... Did find a Mellow Yellow cocktail; not it.
