I am hanging onto my money.  This is, to me, the most poorly laid out house.  The library looks like it holds about 100 books.  Who wants a master bedroom fireplace at the side of the bed?  Not only is the layout bad but who was their decorator?  I want to know so I can avoid him/her.  (This represents the viewpoint of the author only.  Others may differ.)
