Eggs Benedict

This is just delicious and so easy!

Eggs Benedict

30 min | 10 min prep | SERVES 12
12 slices ham (I use deli sliced Black Forest)
12 slices swiss cheese
12 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  1. Fold ham slices in half; set side by side in a 9x13 pan.
  2. Fold swiss slices in half, layering on top of the ham to form a"nest".
  3. Break eggs over the swiss.
  4. I usually break the yoke after it's in the pan so there's not a large clump of yoke.
  5. Pour cream over the eggs.
  6. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes at 375 or until eggs reach desired doneness.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  9. Is usually served with English muffins.

Yes, I do remember!  LOL  I'll have to try that somewhere else and see if I can repeat eating every mouthful of my breakfast including the orange slice, declare the food not good (and it wasn't) and not have to pay for it!  Embarrassing to know that I am such an oinker that I'll eat everything set in front of me good or not..
