My very favorite gem stone, I mean ahead of all the others by a mile, is the emerald.  So, how is it that I have diamonds, rubies, sapphires, pearls, and all manner of semi-precious stones but nary a single emerald?  

I am setting my sights on an emerald ring.  Not just any emerald ring but this emerald ring..

It is far from the most expensive I looked at but bigger isn't always better.. sometimes bigger is just gaudy, don't you think? 

I am focused on this ring and with the leftover dongs from the dong tree that I don't need to pay for my  Vietnam trip,  I believe I will get this ring!
